About this item
- Set of Two Baskets: Includes two 21.5" x 4.5" x 3" oval baskets designed for long loaves. Each holds up to 4.5 lbs of dough, suitable for home or commercial use.
- Natural Rattan Material: Hand-woven from splinter-free rattan cane. The breathable material wicks moisture during the final rise to help prevent dough from sticking.
- Textured Crust Design: Maintains dough shape during proofing while leaving traditional spiral ring patterns on the crust for a professional look.
- Washable Cloth Liners: Comes with two elastic-edged fabric liners. Simply shake out excess flour or use a stiff brush to remove dry dough for quick maintenance.
- Hand-woven Quality: Each basket is individually crafted. Please note that slight size variations are expected due to the handmade nature of the rattan.
