About this item
- Advanced TRUFORCE Auto-Locking Buckle for Reliable Hemorrhage Control Designed with patented TRUFORCE Buckle technology, this tourniquet automatically locks at a predetermined circumferential force to eliminate slack—one of the leading causes of tourniquet failure—ensuring consistent, life-saving compression in emergency bleeding situations.
- Rapid Application with Intuitive CLICK, TWIST, SECURE Protocol Engineered for high-stress environments, the SAM XT Tourniquet simplifies use with a streamlined application method that reduces windlass turns and minimizes user error, allowing faster deployment and improved outcomes for first responders, military personnel, and civilians.
- Durable Metal Windlass Rod for Maximum Strength and Stability Constructed with a lightweight yet strong aluminum metal windlass rod, this tourniquet delivers dependable torque and durability in extreme conditions, outperforming plastic alternatives while maintaining ease of use and long-term reliability.
- CoTCCC-Recommended Tactical Tourniquet Trusted by Professionals Recommended by the U.S. Department of Defense Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC), the SAM XT is field-proven and widely used by military, law enforcement, and EMS professionals for effective extremity hemorrhage control in critical situations.
- All-Weather Performance with Precision Strap and TRUFLEX Plate Featuring a durable nylon precision strap and TRUFLEX plate that evenly distributes pressure across the limb, this tourniquet ensures stable, consistent application in any environment while supporting one-handed use during self-aid or buddy-aid scenarios.
