About this item
- Two Classic Grooved Baskets for Every Loaf: Bake artisan sourdoughs in both round and oval forms! This set includes a 2.2 lb round and 1.5 lb oval wood-pulp proofing basket—ideal for everyday family loaves and smaller rustic batards.
- German-Made Quality That Performs: Crafted from compressed natural wood fibers, these bannetons absorb excess surface moisture for a crisp, golden crust while ensuring smooth dough release with no sticking.
- Signature Artisan Pattern Finish: Both baskets feature a beautiful grooved design that imprints a professional spiral pattern on your loaf—adding texture, structure, and bakery-style appeal.
- Durable & Reliable Construction: Built to retain shape through hundreds of uses, the sturdy wood pulp delivers consistent proofing support and even fermentation for perfect results every bake.
- Quick-Dry & Easy to Clean: After baking, simply shake out flour and air-dry. Their breathable, non-stick design prevents moisture buildup and keeps your proofing baskets clean and fresh.
